Plum Creek Utility (PCU), through our private / public partnerships, provides wholesale water resources recovery and complete utility system operations for County Line Special Utility District (CLSUD) including the City of Uhland and unincorporated areas of Hays and Caldwell County. This system also has the potential to deliver reuse water services. As part of our ongoing efforts, sewer service and recycled water is available to the community, providing economic benefit to all and helping the environment through the elimination of septic systems and the conservation of our most precious resource, clean drinking water.
Billing is through County Line Special Utility District, please contact them with any billing issues.
